Angular Sensor MTRS-614

This sensors is essentially an integrated assemble of our rate sensors and a MEMS gyro. The resulting instrument has low noise and could be used in LOC and platform stabilisation applications that require low noise, but do not have high requirements to bias. The sensor is the ultra small and lightweight rate sensor assembly. The sensors are characterized by high sensitivity and very low intrinsic noise level. The sensor is available in two versions. The MTRS614B is optimized to achieve low self noise, while the MTRS614A has lower g-sensitivity and consequently can deliver better performance where vibration is a factor in conditions.

Evalauation prototypes are available for immediate delivery.

Three-component high-performance angular velocity sensor

 The device is high-sensitive compact size angular velocity sensor. The main features are the following:
